Training Standards
Coach leadership requires strong energy, clean structure, responsible tools, and controlled communication.
Tool, not replacement
Use AI to clarify messaging, organize outlines, improve teaching structure, and sharpen educational materials. Do not use it to fake expertise, replace leadership, or create unauthorized coaching direction.
No messy leadership
No trauma bonding, emotional dumping, diagnosing, medical advice, recruiting, private coaching outside the approved leadership path, or strategy leaks.

Member Support Protocol
This section keeps coaches aligned with the member experience without duplicating Google Chat hubs, Zoom links, or personal calendars. Coaches support the process, protect the lane, route private coaching inquiries to Bobby Smith, and route all other escalations through Completely Cole first.
Know the path
Members may be moving through sign-up, welcome access, daily MAPs, tracking, accountability, motivation loops, and check-ins. Coaches should understand the path so responses stay clear and consistent.
Guide without rescuing
Respond with structure, encouragement, and a next clean action. Do not shame, over-explain, argue, diagnose, or turn member questions into private coaching. Any private coaching inquiry must be redirected to Bobby Smith.
Redirect to action
Ask what happened, what they can do next, and what support they need inside the approved system. Keep the conversation forward-moving. If they ask for deeper/private support, redirect them to Bobby Smith.
Document ethically
Celebrate wins, but do not screenshot, repost, or use a member story as proof without permission and leadership approval.
Restart clean
No guilt spirals. No lectures. Bring them back to the next MAP, the next meal, the next walk, the next honest check-in.
Clear routing chain
- Route all non-private-coaching escalations to Completely Cole first. If there is no response within 24 hours, escalate to Bobby Smith.
- Medical symptoms, medication questions, or diagnosis concerns.
- Payment, billing, access, Formspree/submission, app, or technical account issues.
- Member conflict, complaints, safety concerns, or crisis language.
- Requests for private coaching go directly to Bobby Smith. Special exceptions, leadership decisions, technical issues, complaints, and anything else outside the coach lane go to Completely Cole first.
What coaches can do
- Encourage consistency and honest tracking.
- Help members return to the daily MAP process.
- Ask clarifying questions and reflect patterns.
- Reinforce the Fruit Up til 5 standards and next action.
- Redirect private coaching inquiries to Bobby Smith instead of handling them directly.

Use language that creates movement without shame:
- What is your next clean action today?
- What part of the MAP did you complete?
- What threw you off, and what is the correction?
- What support do you need inside the approved group system?

- What are you choosing next instead of starting over Monday?

Trust is the primary currency of this ecosystem. These standards protect members, coaches, leadership, and the mission.
- Share private member information.

- Offer, accept, or arrange private coaching without routing it through Bobby Smith first.
- Handle escalations, tech issues, or member complaints without routing them to Completely Cole first.
- Leak strategy or roadmap details.
- Encourage without enabling.
- Correct without shaming.
- Redirect without arguing.
- Stay neutral in drama.
- End with a clear takeaway and action.
